Where it started
Before I ever wrote a line of code, my career lived in business, marketing, and finance. I learned how companies set goals, allocate budgets, and measure what actually moves the needle, a perspective that still shapes every website I build.
Finding web development
Somewhere along the way, I started tinkering with web development. What began as curiosity turned into something I couldn't put down: creative design, problem-solving, and building something tangible that helps a real business grow.

That passion never faded. Over the years, I've designed and built websites for startups, local shops, and established brands across the Raleigh and Triangle area. PixelMelon is where that business background and development craft come together.
Life outside the screen
I'm a husband to a wonderful wife, a dad to two little kids (you might spot them in the photo), and Theo, my 50-pound aussiedoodle. They keep me grounded, remind me why balance matters, and they're a big part of why I love what I do.
